I still think CEU should put out an announcement and specifically say that the forecasts have been retested to show the market the numbers are solid.

i also think putting something out about the oil effects would be positive as well.

even better would be for CEU to contact some of the big holders (insto's) and ask them what the hell is going on and maybe give them a private breifing because the price shouldnt be this low.
