Ah the NAZDAQ listing. I nearly left it off. However, despite the delays and angst, it is probably the most certain thing on the list. So we've got to be real about it...
Some facts:
Prima have notified the market that they intend to list.
Prima have made changes that strong anecdotal evidence indicates are to satisfy SEC.
The NAZDAQ really does have a business that is about having companies trade on it. It's not a fiction!
Prima haven't advised the market that they are NOT going to list (as would be their clear responsibility).
So NAZDAQ is a high probability event, and its hard to imagine it taking long after annual reports...
The commencement of patient treatment in Dubai is pretty much a given.
The others are all likely if everything goes to plan with trials, and the risk reward must be pretty sweet or we wouldn't be hanging around...
