    As per the document, the proposed placement price cannot be lower than 0.009 per Share

    Currently the share price is .005

    Does anyone have any theories as to why the shares are being dumped at .005 and whether the placement will go ahead at these higher levels?

    And is anyone going to the general meeting? It would be an interesting meeting.
