They have net assets of 80 million 72 million of that is cash in Au$. They intend to pay dividends at a minimum of 10% and max of 20% of net income which at 12 million is 2.4% and 4.8% respectively. Without any growth factored in this could be considered fair for a dividend paying stock, but we have no idea about growth which would be the most important metric.
