Yes, the company has big expansion plans and does not need to raise capital for that. Their products are made by contract manufaturers so a $55 million war chest means that there will not need to be any capital raising to enable company growth. Hell, they did not even need the $3.4 million raised in the IPO - they just needed to go through the motions so that they ended up with a main board listing. A main board listing was Number 1 requirement for their expansion. That has now been fulfilled. So hopefully it's all systems go now. I can't wait for the latest sales figure either. Could really put a rocket under the SP.

Those were my feelings regarding the IPO when looking into their financials but I'm glad to see that this could be preparation for their expansion. I am excited to see what happens once we get some results for WMC, not much change over the last few days of trade.
