    Sour grapes by the Higgins. The minister has clear authority under the Expropriations Act, and has made a considered decision after quite some thought. It appears the Higgins' are clutching at straws. A little Steeple-esque it would seem.

    I'd be surprised if their lawyer Robert Pineo continues with this charade for more than a few days.
