negotiations Are underway for sale of the uluru resort for an undisclosed amount,more debt disappearing,i guess they are anticipating income reductions combined with devaluations,the assets are quite unique and exceedingly difficult to value ,although their mates llc seem to have disaasociated themselves,is this a looming buyback.
