    hey mr dasher the performance shares for Gernot the CEO are given once they achieve 2 million and 6 million in recurring yearly revenue. It not given to him for free. You need to read the executive statement. I voted for this as it’s a vote of confidence by the CEO we will be making money soon. Very good conditions to be in. Some pennies give their CEO’s free shares for no revenue achieved. This is very different and very encouraging for the all us share holders that we will be cash flow positive in the future.
