I highly doubt that this is happening with RBL. Unfortunately, the market will treat RBL the same way as TPW in the short term. A simple comparative search on alexa for TPW vs RBL will show why there are a lot of things to get excited for RBL and not so much for TPW.
Valuation wise, RBL’s share price is quite laughable and presents a huge bargain at the current price.
