If you want to be a billion $ company hire a management team that have been in a billion $ company. Today's announcement re senior Anglo PLC executive with skills in developing strategies for business optimisation is another sign of a well managed company.

Intrigued by today's ASX announcement mentioning Platinum - surely Kiernan would not have an inkling that CSM exploration tenements have seen signs of Platinum. More likely he wants to achieve the stated ambition of CSM becoming a billion $ company by reaching $5 per share.

Baxter is most likely there to get the maximum out of REM (doubling production and using the resulting cash flow to grow the group). He should come up with some interesting ideas on how to capitalise on the other strategic holdings held by CSM.

Kiernan is certainly confident in his position if bringing in such high calibre pretenders to the throne. Do not forget Paul Chapman MD of REM is to join CSM following the takeover.
