I think regarding a possible reversal signal a test and rejection of the last low @2.2 would be positive then a break thru the channel and as you say then a test again of that level to confirm.It needs all the confirmation signs imo to give a little confidence to buyers that have been burnt by the management in the past,as far has been shown so far little has changed.I personally have no confidence in INL management.
