Hi Y,
My understanding is that Chris Blamey only resigned his position as an executive on the Board...he retains his position as company secretary and financial director.
The 3 directors now on the board are Mr Hudleston, Mr Lingo and Anthony (Tony) Gilby...each is responsible for bring one of the existing assets to SHG; Interstate, Overston and Samson.
Chris implied that JT had not brought anything of consequence to the company...so perhaps he won't be missed???
