Towner has proven ability in identifying opportunities and bringing them to market. SGL and SHG are proof of that. Development and subsequent value are created by the team he introduces. From press today he and his son hold 24% and not sellers. I think it is still in escrow till June 04. I would be interested in where he shows up next. Maybe a new project company to float??
