he seems exactly as you say , he's made a number of allegations about false statements attributed to Frank but offered zero proof and they are relatively minor anyway

I do think MNS / IM3NY have made some bad hire choices , Janes Dack was another non performer . why you'd hire an eastern suburbs RE agent into a battery start up is perplexing

despite his self grandiosity publicity he's unlikely to be able to help raise capital , all he's done is flog houses and he wasn't even that good at that from what folk tell me

there are a few others , the only excuse is they were desperate for capital at the time

the case appears to be totally without merit
