I think there is a pretty strong chance a plan exists as a plan would need to be in place to be offered the grant and tax credits to be begin with. The Governor of New York doesn't just announce things like this willy nilly


I am surprised that you are yet to see how the Imperium3 consortium (which includes MNS) plan on investing $20M or more on a 15GWh battery plant lol. I think they will spend a bit more than $20M don't you think
