is the port facility $36 mill good or bad...?

was it $100m in the dfs or $10m? or was it free of charge? would be good to know some of these minor assumptions...below budget i supose? all good since your going mining!

how much of the plant is paid for and if there is a bonanza 5 years at five percent as some suggest... do any of the cornerstoners get mates discounts..maybe they get the biggest nugget? or nuggets?

who knows.. if the jorc is that bad and five years at five percent is mined out quickley then that might leave something below those starter pits thats economic for the longer term???
