Be careful chasing rainbows Dingo. If you go Airbnb it has to be furnished, you are not local so you cannot go round and supervise you will need to pay someone. Better to have a steady rental income and peace of mind. If the area rents are going up then you can give notice and raise rent. Need to find a balance and avoid changing tenants and paying managers.
