Yep Rakia, this is definitely worth a call. It would be interesting to find out if TOX is entitled to royalties and/or licencing fees.

I also have just come acroos the following website on the Australian government department of environmnet and heritage website.

There is a huge blurb about the TDU process and how Tox free Systems has developed this technology in Australia.

It mentions that the TFS Thermal Desorption Retort Technology for the treatment of contaminated soils has been developed in Australia by Tox Free Systems.

Why it is TFS and not Tox free solutions, Im not sure at this stage.
