re: tox preliminary f/y - my analysis yes its better to have directors like tox has that are consevative .with there forecasts done on "base case" figures . and shareholders know at a minimum what the eps may be ahead .not includeing growth factors that TOX has . but the directors dont seem to hype the growth things .. i like there balanced conservative way thewy present there fact based accounts when $$ are mentioned in there ann's
