but i think tox has great potential,

i was a owner of toxo at 0.6 and out at 3.5

dont get me wrong but the management are doing a very good job in turning this stock around,
for those who still hold good luck, (although you wont need it with this one as it is cheap on fundamentals

but i put this question to you

why would you raise money at half your current share price,

answer you dont unless you have rocks in your head
example, bhp is at $20 why would they raise funds
at $10 think about it, unless the toxos are friendly holders

just be careful, that is all i am saying
