I wasn't that impressed with the results yesterday. They were steady as she goes, but didn't exceed expectations as previous results have had the tendency to do.

Another factor that may have increased the buying pressure on TOX today, on top of the Fat Prophets and JP Morgan coverage, is an article in today's Fin Review which explains how Transpacific are very much on the prowl for more takeovers. TOX would probably be the best listed takeover option for Transpacific in the waste management sector, so the ongoing prospect of TOX getting taken over may also have flared due to today's Fin Rev article.

But who would've thought $2 so soon?! It's having an amazing run.
