    DMX is badly shot judging by their latest announcement put out today. Good business with good technology that has been managed horrendously (much like TOX was in the early days).

    If TOX want to take DMX over, they should wait 6 months when DMX will be less than $0.50 per share and in the midst of a significant restructure, whilst TOX will probably be $2.50+ and powering ahead.
