The chairman has to be held accountable for the past 6 months destruction of company value and not JW who put more money in than anyone else and also acted in good faith. Let me remind you of some of the latest failures:
-Serious non-disclosures particularly about the deal with Watpac; the real story on plant performance and breakdowns.
-hopeless corporate governance
-a string of failed promises including gold room, website, better reporting, production, independant review of resources and reserves.
-botched MD removal
-failure or unwillingness to hire another MD
-patheticly trying to blame all of their current problems on former MD
-Poor corporate culture which is leaderless and reactionary
-ASIC investigations
-A board devoid independance
The company needs a new Chairman before Michael Hunt destroys what little there is left.
