I think the selling point for novonix is its DPMG process which allows the production of SG to be more environmentally friendly whilst making the manufacturing process more cost effective. To my knowledge, this is still a leading process in the production of battery making however could be wrong.
From what i have read there are a number of different materials being floated around for making batteries.
