There you go you have answered my question thank you, the reason why NAG could be cheaper it's right there, Victoria has expensive land fill taxes, that goes along way to explaining their cost of $10/ton vs $140/ton.
Unfortunately it raises another question though will NAG be able to escape these expensive land fill taxes or is this the major unforseen cost that will drag them back to reality, interesting stuff.
