    hmc??? Why would anyone want to buy HMC??? Revenues are very spotty and the technology has a lot of issues?? Why bother trying to fix them when TOX has a business plan that is making decent money. HMC is not in any way IMHO a synergistic fit with TOX business plan. Why bother raising money when IMHO the stock may be a lot higher in the year ahead.
