toxo anyone help me on these?

Hello all ~posted this same Q on topstocks....

I've never bought a 'company option' before, am eager to buy into TOX and hold for the profit$. I've a buy order in for TOX right now at .045 but I'd like to kill that and buy TOXO if someone could give me an answer to the following?

If I buy TOXO can I exercise immediately thus acquiring the shares at approx 0.025 despite TOX trading at 0.047..... or do I have to wait to exercise TOXO at 6/1/06 and buy them at $0.03 despite TOX being presumably higher than that by then.

appreciate your help?

~I've been flogging off my blue chips and buying Specs. Tox and ADY are where all my moneys heading!
