If you buy TOXO at 2 cents now (last traded price) you then pay 3 cents on top of that to exercise them in January or whenever you want. So effectively, you are paying 5 cents per share as opposed to the last traded price of 4.9. I also hold TOXO, simply beause, as Tibbs said, the leverage is much better.
