The last few months have seen the XJO observing consistent support around the 4920 level. Not so any more with 4920 breached and the next significant level aound 4630 back in June 2013. The markets are clearly in a funk right now, maybe it is leading to an exhaustion move with tonight looking tough in the US.
OPEC or basically the Saudies really, have really unleashed a monster with a clumsy attempt to derail the US unconventional (fracked) oil and gas industry and have been hoisted on their own Petard so to speak and now facing self inflicted revenue problems.
I won't be doing any more AJX TA stuff, no point now because it isn't normal market forces at play any more, it is a toss of the coin situation until some sanity returns. AJX seems to be holding up remarkably well so far, hope it keeps up in the shortish term as we ride this out but I have no concerns for the medium/long term and barring exceptional or unexpected events will continue to hold.
