For the record, I'm not sure that this makes any difference. This may derail the deal for a week or so but its going to be very difficult for the `asx to prove! Though I love BRM it?s a very desperate act for the BRM executives.

My view is this will damage the stock price short term but without clear support from another major investor BRM could end up losing this.
