The presentation re: the DFS clearly states on p.7 that the NPV to be used is the one stated on in the DFS.
I have no doubt that ORE and TT both know what their exact commitments are regarding funding. This is a significant detail. It just hasn't clearly, in my opinion, been communicated to the market. I will do a little more digging and see what I come up with.
