The announcement gives an NPV table at various discount rates. The 60% gearing is a given but I expect the discount rate could be a point of negotiation. We have all focused on the 7.5% numbers as these are the ones given prominence in the announcement. I would pick the agreed rate to be close to this but maybe a little higher?
