The table appears to use 7.5% as the discount rate for all numbers. I expect what the agreed discount rate used in final negotiations remains to be seen.
Sigma, would you agree that TT might baulk at using a NPV elevated by the lower finance rate they are helping bring to the table, so it would be more likely to be based on the lower calcs?
