Just on the $ involved (ignoring timing for the moment), my understanding is:

There's going to be a separate JV vehicle created of which TT will own 25% and ORE 75%.
Appears capex USD221m to be funded by 60%debt and 40% JV partners.
That means ORE will have to contribute it's 75% share of the 40% non-financed capex = USD66m.

ORE will be holding:
Cash at 31 Mar as per today's presentation AUD42.6m less spend.
Also may be up to USD4.5m not yet reimbursed for DFS (need to check)
Payment from TT to ORE (possibly around) $112m.

Does this agree with what others think?
