    The above Federal Gov website is interesting given that they acknowledge Mantle's Bacchus Project.

    Would they do that if it was absolutely no chance of ever being approved?

    Similar can be said for the many maps and mentions of the project throughout the Vic Energy & Resources sites IMO.
