I am all for saving cash, would only be logical to be looking at candidates now,
My feeling CEO will probably not commit until pilot plant up and running
and he/she sees a strong future for the company. No point in joining a sinking ship.
And the quality that we want , will mean he/she would have his career on the line as well.
So chicken and egg situation.
I have gone all in. But then I was always a gambler.
Picking up all my options now for 20c instead of 30c at the end of year.
Is that stupid?
If the company survive and is just late, then probably ok. If it goes under
I am up the creek without a paddle.
