Thought I'd start a new thread to discuss this.

TT are required to make the final T3 payment by next Monday under the MoU they have with Kasbah.

I emailed the company to ask about this and the company secretary simply replied that they have had no indication from TT that they do not intend on making the final payment. It's not exactly encouraging that they're leaving it so late.

He also said that they always have contingencies in place in case of a scenario like TT pulling out.

Still I can't see them not making the payment given they've already signed the shareholders agreement.

The last research note from Cannacord Genuity was still quite bullish on the financing prospects despite the low share price, attributing it to end of financial year selling.

The share price today closed a gap on the chart to 7.5 cents dating back to 19 July 2010. That occurred a couple of weeks before the chart started to take off.
