Very interesting that Justice Bromberg failed pre-selection as a Labor Candidate in 2001 and was (as per Wikipedia);
"Bromberg's appointment to the Federal Court of Australia commenced on 7 December 2009"
That wouldn't have been done under the Labor Government would it?
