I probably wouldnt get the toys out just yet ST.
Firstly the dilution isn't that substantial to warrant the SP back to 15c though it is possible for the market to value it at 15.
Secondly and more importantly - they will spud the first well before they dilutionary effect even comes into place! hence you can assume the SP will rise upon spud and 15c may not be seen again.
At this stage, Blamore is said to be completed by 15th June and the allotment date's the 12th June.
