This morning 381.000 shares were exchanged at $53.04. I am assuming this will be another block trade transaction. It will be if small investors like us get some information on these of unusual large transactions, without waiting for buyer to announce when they have reached 5% reporting level.
Has anybody got any news on these transactions over last 3 weeks.?
