TP=$3 long term?

I am not joking, long term TP=$3 if have a look, STO, ORG
on 22/10/15, STO rejected offer $6.88 per share
now SP=$3.31 less than 2 months

in 2008, ORG rejected $15.50 BG' offer as the management said it was too cheap
now SP=$4.98

in Sep 2015, OSH rejected WPL' offer as the management wanted more, SP reached $8.33
today, WPL gave up
SP dived 16%
would be many down days to come but may not drop so big for a single day

slowly go to $2 or $3 like ORG
