I think everyone including the analysts need to lower their expectations. I would like to see the company underpromise and overdeliver, start reducing the debt and not increase the dividends so aggressively. Those Singapore unsecured notes are pretty expensive at over 7% interest, you would have thought they could do better than that in this low interest era. Management need to start listening to their investors, and investors are clearly not happy with the combination of CR dilution, debt and dividends.
