Hi HS, I was going to start a thread titled Fantastic Progress until I saw your post, and that heading would pretty much sum up my reaction to this news.

The rate has exceeded my latest expectations (I was looking for anything better than 1200m-1300m), though apparently not exceeded the market's expectations, judging by the stable closing SP.

Clearly, the first declaration of around 500m drilled was the product of significant teething problems. I was particularly interested to read that GDY are still 'experiencing' (i.e present tense) some problems, related to commissioning the rig. This leaves plenty more room for upside, dependent upon their ability to overcome whatever is causing the delays.
