TPAPA= The ASX code for Transpacific preference shares (hybrids). I think they were first issued around 2005, you can probably find the prospectus on the ASX website, just type in TPAPA. Much safer than TPI ords but still risky given TPI doesn't have much interest cover and lots of looming debt maturities. Still, if TPI have to do a raise its the TPI holders who get diluted, not the TPAPA holders.(i Hold TPAPA)
