TPD - Undone

By way of background, I did own STX for a long time. Made a profit and sold. Bought TPD for 16c and transitioned to STX on takeover.

We all know that STX did due diligence of TPD before buying it. Well what happened is us shareholders of TPD ended up with STX shares that have tanked. What due diligence did TPD do of STX re was it all just being a lot of hot air. We were sold a story re STX and a transfer share price.

I personally spoke with Colby and he was telling me about the volumes of gas at SE. Where was TPD due diligence re the value of STX we were being issued with. Where was TPD due diligence of SE.

If STX does not recover to a reasonable price I will be exploring legal options. This was not just a straight sale. It was a sale with us TPD holders acquiring STX shares. I am not happy that there appears to have been no due diligence of the assets of STX.
