I think you misunderstand the point of this thread. It's about what the TPD BOD could or should have done.
The STX SP and the the independent research all had some level of value of SE 2C priced in. If it hadn't, the ratio would have been between 1:2 and 1:1 as the market now has ascribed for STX. Many on here had reached the view STX was overpaying for TPD given results of the SE2 and SE3 drills. A free look? Lol. Ironic hey.
