Simply calculated the discounted cash flow of that at a risk discount of 12% (just a guess) is $101mil. Obviously if there is tax that needs to be deducted.

Thats fair enough.

From Memory the MTS gas and condensate valuation was $4.42Gj.

Maybe worth while working that out.
