TPE stands for transponder equivalence. 1 TPE = 36MHz.
Newsat has 216MHz capacity on Jabiru 2 so that's 6TPE.
I tend to remember it in terms of net revenue, which is around $120M (USD) over 15 years, or around USD8M revenue per year at high margin, for Jabiru 2.
Jabiru 1 is another story with around 230TPE, selling at around 3000USD per month per MHz.
