SELLOUT to Galp .. 3.8 mil ... that's US$3.4/0.89 ExRate

Total Cash assuming Sellout occurs .. $6.25 mil

Shares on issue pre-placement = 174 Mil
===> Total issue 374 Mil shares

ok, so A$6.25 mil / 374 mil ===> 1.67 cents/share ...
that's just cash value alone, no credit for any future projects in the pipeline
