    Im no novice - but I cannot understand the $3m GALP issue. It is not clear. Is this a liability, or an asset?

    Is it a poison pill, if the block is not transferred to GALP, they have to pay $3m?

    If it is, they get $3?

    This is not clear. Can someone understand this overly complicated statement - do they get $3m or not?
